What is the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color BIPOC Cannabis Product (BIPOC) program?
The program is intended to highlight cannabis products from producers in the BIPOC community, so consumers can easily identify and purchase them. The program is available to federally licensed cannabis producers with at least 51% BIPOC ownership.
